Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is processed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days using your shipping provider i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to many other countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Spirit Gifts & More is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at spiritgiftsandmore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
