What format does a session take?
All readings are conducted by zoom call. Once your booking is confirmed, I will forward you a prepared zoom link through your provided contact details. On the day of your reading, I will call you through zoom at the scheduled time. No in person attendance is required unless you want to and live in the Austin, TX area.
What tools are used during a reading?
Sessions draw on a blend of sacred tools: tarot for energy, runes for fate, dowsing rods for hidden answers, and oracle cards for messages from ancestors and the divine. The tools used are matched to the session type you choose.
How is my reading delivered?
Guidance is delivered live during the zoom call. It can be recorded to forward to you and whoever you choose. Just be sure to give me any other contact information to send that to.
Is my session private?
Yes. Everything shared during your reading is held in complete confidence. Your personal information and the details of your session are never shared with third parties.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a booking confirmation by email. On the day of your session, I will zoom call you at the scheduled time. Please make sure you are in a quiet, comfortable space where you can speak freely.
How far in advance should I be ready?
Be available a few minutes before your scheduled start time. If I am unable to reach you at the scheduled time, your session may be forfeited, so please ensure your contact details are correct and your phone is accessible in case we need to speak another way.
Can I reschedule?
For Quick Clarity, Deep Dive, & Full Journey sessions: rescheduling requests made 24 or more hours before your session will be accommodated. Requests made within 24 hours are subject to the cancellation policy below.
For Twin Flames of Insight and Lunar Cycle of Awakening packages: flexibility is available throughout your month to reschedule individual sessions within your package period.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
For Quick Clarity and Full Journey sessions: cancel 24 or more hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will result in 50% of the session fee being retained to honor the energies prepared.
For Twin Flames of Insight and Lunar Cycle of Awakening packages: flexibility is offered throughout the month for cancellation and rescheduling of individual sessions within your package.
Is prepayment required?
Yes. All sessions are prepaid at checkout to secure your appointment time. This ensures your booking is held and that preparation can begin ahead of your session.
